Great news! My close friend and colleague Dr. Ken Blum and I have been invited to appear on the Tampa, Fl. FOX affiliate WTVT TV. They’re going to tape the interview on Friday April 6 and air it soon after. Dr. Blum and I will be discussing a paper he wrote and
I contributed to that has just been approved for publication in the peer reviewed scientific magazine: Journal Of Gene Syndromes & Gene Therapy. The paper examines the synergy between genotypes and an individuals’ happiness, attractions to other individuals and involvement in groups from the perspective of a function of “Reward Gene” Polymorphisms. What this means in English is that we’ve isolated a gene and its cousins that can influence our level of happiness, the friends and significant other that we choose, the groups and organizations we might consider belonging to and even our political orientations.
